MindStream Delivers Oracle EPM Cloud Success

Versant Health engaged MindStream to help resolve the challenges they were experiencing with their consolidation, close, and financial reporting processes. MindStream implemented Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCC) and, once completed, Versant Health's new centralized financial reporting solution achieved a great reduction in their long cycle times, reduced the manual hours spent compiling and verifying data, streamlined the inter-company tracking and elimination process, and provided robust reporting that enables more strategic analysis of their financial data.

Building on the success of the Financial Reporting project, MindStream also implemented Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS) to create a fully-integrated planning, budgeting, and forecasting solution. Additional cost savings are also realized by Versant Health by utilizing MindStream's AppCare Managed Services for application support and administration.

AppCare is our managed services offering that acts as an extension of your team. We'll use our experience in overseeing applications, supporting users, driving end-user adoption, and administering application extensions to provide you with key insights and recommendations that are unique to your needs and goals.

For four years in a row, MindStream Analytics has ranked in the top MSP 501 by Channel Futures - a report identifying the world's top managed service providers (MSPs). We are the ONLY Managed Services Provider dedicated to Analytics and Performance Management on the list.

We chose MindStream because they had a strong emphasis on proactive support and monitoring inside the Hyperion applications, and will include maintenance of our existing Hyperion application artifacts. We chose a vendor who proposed both managed services and hosting, and demonstrated a productive working relationship with their hosting partner.
