MindStream Analytics has developed a unique approach and methodology to help you rapidly deploy Oracle Enterprise Performance Management for your core financial and/or operational planning needs. Our first offering is Planning Xtream! This methodology combines MindStream's extensive Planning and Budgeting implementation experience with a unique set of tools and templates that reduce the amount of time and effort needed to deploy Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service.
Scope: To ensure the most effective implementation, this Planning X-Stream service offering provides a set of structured templates to be completed by you as part of the implementation. The templates, in conjunction with the Planning and budgeting Cloud Service, will guide you through the process of integrating your information into the Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service solution. The templates outline all the required information for the application dimensionalities including:
Approach: MindStream will support you while you complete the implementation templates. Once the templates have been completed; MindStream will integrate the information provided by you into our application template. The completed solution will be available to you on your Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service pod. One of our Oracle Hyperion specialized consultants will review the solution with you and answer any questions you may have about the solution. Our consultant will continue to support you through your User Acceptance Testing and go-live activities. Post go-live, MindStream will continue to provide on going functional and technical remote support for your cloud Planning application.
