What is Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud ?

If you have glanced at Oracle's EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) webpage, you'll notice a few changes - they no longer list PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, FCCS, etc. What you now see is Planning, Profitability and Cost Management, Narrative Reporting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Tax Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.

And, if you've looked at their pricing page, you will see that Oracle no longer separates cloud services for their EPM solutions.
