AppCare for NetSuite Planning

Our AppCare services are SOC Compliant (SOC Level 1 Type II), which provides the following assurances:

With our basic service offering, AppCare for NetSuite Planning customers are assigned a primary and secondary US-based resource for software support, which includes an 8:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. support window. Our software experts will respond to and carry out your requested tasks and issues, with an escalation resource assigned, if needed. Our specialized resource team includes both technical and functional expertise that is comprised of planning and budgeting, consolidation, and infrastructure experts.
Analyzing a potential issue, gathering information from users to identify an issue, locating an issue within the environment, identifying the root cause, resolving the issue, and process improvements are documented and managed through our Jira Support Tracking System. Basic AppCare support for NetSuite Planning starts at $99 per month. Nightly backups are stored for a rolling 10 days in Mindstream's secure location and are included in the monthly fee.
