Alex Ladd

Senior Partner and CEO

Alex is a visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) space. Starting with a history major and transitioning into technology by building simulations to analyze key performance indicators, Alex discovered his passion for financial systems and analytics. Today, Alex has a proven track record of driving innovation and successful implementations, having been certified in many different CPM tools such as Oracle, OneStream, Board, Adaptive, Anaplan, Cognos and others. Alex has helped many corporate customers implement various systems and unlock enormous analytic value.

As CEO of MindStream Analytics, Alex has transformed the firm into an award-winning provider of financial planning, data management, and cloud analytics solutions. A sought-after speaker at North American conferences, he champions integrating data systems, leveraging AI, and optimizing strategies for smarter decision-making. Alex's leadership ensures businesses turn data into actionable insights, driving success in today’s competitive landscape.

Carlos Vilchez

Chief Financial Officer

Carlos Vilchez is a seasoned leader in finance, accounting, and operations, with expertise spanning industries such as SaaS, logistics, real estate, and digital marketing. A graduate of Florida International University with a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Accounting, Carlos has held key leadership roles, including CFO and COO of a digital advertising technology company and Director of Finance at an investment and brokerage firm. He specializes in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, ERP system implementations, and strategic planning. Known for his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, he leverages advanced tools like NetSuite, Tableau, and Power BI to optimize processes and drive organizational growth. Carlos is committed to empowering businesses with the tools and insights needed for long-term success.

Mark Eklund

Vice President of Sales

Mark is an accomplished sales professional with over twenty years of experience in Corporate Performance Management. He has held positions in sales and solution consulting at prior software and professional services firms including Hyperion, Oracle, and most recently The Hackett Group. With over $125m in CPM consulting services sold, Mark brings extensive network of CPM clients, along with experience in sales and marketing strategy, channel development, and sales execution.

Tommy Smith

Vice President Consulting & Analysis

Tommy has more than 14 years experience serving clients; with a balance of technical and functional expertise in enterprise performance management disciplines, business intelligence and supporting technology, automation and process efficiencies. Prior to joining MindStream, Tommy worked for Huron Consulting, ADI Strategies, and with a Fortune 500 retailer in HR/Payroll applications and subsequently led IT support functions related to EPM solutions (10 years).  He also led IT support for the leading inpatient rehabilitation hospital provider in the US, working directly with all aspects of the business to provide feature-rich functionality from EPM applications to include budgeting, forecasting and reporting/analysis. Through his experience and knowledge working to solve client business problems, Tommy has developed the keen ability to approach opportunities holistically with a focus on leading practice, optimized process and supporting technology that enables flexibility, stability, usability, and ease of support.  Tommy has a Bachelors of Computer Information Systems from the University of Louisiana Monroe.  

Matias Panario

VP of Latin America

Matias is an executive with 20 years of technical and functional experience in EPM/CPM. He has worked alongside FP&A teams from companies across Latin America to support decision-making processes. Some of his most notable clients include Danone, Pfizer, La Caja de Ahorro y Seguro, Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, KLM, Stant, Ripley, SSR Mining, ONeal Industries, and Clase Azul Mexico, among others.

Matias is a team leader and talent for high-performance work focused on cutting-edge technology and innovation. The technologies he handles include OneStream XF, NetSuite, Anaplan, Oracle Essbase/OAC, Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS, and Power BI.  

Mats Östberg

Director- Financial Close

Mats Östberg, MindStream's Director of Financial Close, brings over 20 years of expertise in finance, accounting, and enterprise performance management (EPM) systems. Originally from Sweden, Mats specializes in OneStream implementations, business development, and resource optimization. He has a proven record of leading global projects, driving business transformation, and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. A skilled communicator fluent in multiple languages, including English and Swedish, Mats collaborates closely with C-suite executives and regularly speaks at industry conferences. He holds a Master's in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.B.A. in Economics from Texas State University, combining deep technical knowledge with a global perspective to solve complex financial challenges.

Ryan Rogowski

Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

OneStream Certified Professional - Lead Architect R1

Ryan is an accomplished performance management architect with over 15 implementations utilizing best in class technologies. He has helped his clients transform their current financial processes into efficient and widely accepted budgeting and forecasting methods. Some of his more notable clients include Capital One, Verizon, Carnival Cruise Lines, Logitech, The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and Acme Brick a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Ryan started his career in consulting in 2016 with Huron Consulting Group where he focused on implementing Oracle products. In 2018 Ryan left Huron to join Mindstream where he started his journey in the OneStream technology. Ryan finds joy in not only building strong and lasting relationships with his clients, but also leading his team members and fostering a great culture at Mindstream. Ryan graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and currently lives with his wife in Roswell Georgia

Linda Webb

Director, Managed Services

Linda is a seasoned Finance/IT executive with extensive experience garnered through positions, such as Vice President of Financial Systems Support Services. Today, Linda serves as our Director of Managed Services. Throughout her career, Linda has been instrumental in transforming financial services for both clients and internal stakeholders. She has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to implement innovative solutions and has consistently delivered exceptional customer service while enhancing operational efficiency. Her passion for building strong client relationships has made her a trusted advisor across various industries. Eager to leverage her extensive experience and skills in new challenges and opportunities, Linda looks forward to leading teams to support and improve client solutions, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.  

Jennifer Harris

Director of Marketing

Jennifer Harris, is a seasoned marketing and design professional with over 20 years of experience, including over 5 years in the EPM/CPM ecosystem. Her diverse expertise spans 2D and 3D design, brand management, social media, video production, graphic design, B2B and B2C marketing, and learning design. Jennifer has a proven track record of delivering bold, engaging content that drives quantifiable results, earning her loyal clients, including top Forbes and Fortune 500 companies. She excels in developing strong brand strategies and diversifying marketing approaches to reach ideal client bases. Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked across industries such as aerospace, SaaS, real estate, distribution, non-profits, and learning and training development, consistently crafting impactful campaigns and strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
