Crear un usuario que no sea administrador en OneStream

Suponiendo que haya iniciado sesión como un usuario con permisos para configurar nuevos usuarios y grupos, en los siguientes ejemplos yo estoy conectado como Administrador.

  • 1. Vaya a la pestaña System y luego seleccione Security en la sección Administration.

  • 2. Desde allí, seleccione New User en la parte superior izquierda del dashboard. Esto cargará un dashboard a la derecha con las propiedades que pueden configurarse para el nuevo usuario.

En este punto ya ha creado un nuevo usuario. Ahora debe asignarlo a un grupo que tenga acceso a la aplicación.

  • 4. Para crear un grupo, si aún no tiene uno, desde el mismo dashboard de seguridad en el que creó el usuario, haga clic en el botón para crear grupo y asígnele un nombre.
  • 5. Ahora asigne su usuario al grupo haciendo clic en el botón que parece una persona en el centro del dashboard y luego navegue, en el dashboard emergente, hasta el usuario que acaba de crear. Seleccione el usuario y haga clic en la flecha para moverlo al panel derecho del dashboard emergente.
  • 6. A continuación, debe asignar este nuevo grupo a un rol de seguridad con acceso a la aplicación. Desde la pestaña Application, en tools, seleccione “Security Roles”. Luego seleccione los puntos suspensivos a la derecha del rol de seguridad “openapplication”. Desde la ventana emergente navegue hasta su Security Group, selecciónelo y haga clic en “OK”.

Ahora su grupo de seguridad quedará asignado al rol de seguridad “OpenApplication”.

  • 8. Recuerde hacer clic en el botón “Save” después de asignar el Security Role.

Ahora, cuando este usuario se conecte e inicie sesión en OneStream, verá la aplicación en su lista.
